Unless specifically stated otherwise all painting prices include free shipping to any package deliverable address in the continental USA plus Alaska and Hawaii. Original paintings are shipped from Utah. High quality replica print copies are shipped from Utah or Arkansas. Expect 4 business days printing time for replica copies plus the usual 3 to 8 business days shipping time for originals or copies depending upon the distance from Utah or Arkansas to your continental USA destination. SHIPPING, RETURNS, FEATURES, & GUARANTEES
SHIPPING ORIGINAL PAINTINGS OR CANVAS PRINTS
Original paintings (or replica wrapped canvas prints) are carefully cushioned and wrapped to protect them in shipping. Most original paintings are shipped in a supportive corrugated shipping box. Upon receipt, be sure to open the shipped package or box in a manner that will preserve the packaging well enough for use in returning the original painting or print in case there is any reason to return it. Unless the shipping packaging or box is damaged beyond reusable condition, a returned original painting or print is to be repacked in the same safe manner as it was originally sent using the same packing materials and the same outer shipping packaging or box that it was shipped in.
ORIGINAL PAINTING RETURNS
We do not accept returns without pre-authorization. Email us with a detailed explanation of why you desire to return an original painting. If it was damaged in shipping, include clear close-up photos of any damage to packaging and/or to the painting so that we can know how to best handle the insurance claim. We will then assign and email to you a return item number for the painting. Enter this number along with your original purchase information in writing on a piece of paper along with any photographs and enclose it in the middle interior part of the return packaging. If you are returning the painting within the satisfaction guarantee period you will need to prepay the return shipping cost including insurance in an amount that covers the total U.S. dollar value that you paid for the painting. Email us right after you return ship it, telling us of your return shipping date, carrier, and tracking number if there is one, so that we will know when it was shipped back to us and can watch for it. TIME LIMIT TO REPORT WRAPPED CANVAS PRINT SHIPPING DAMAGE OR DEFECTS
It is rare, but if shipping damage occurs or if there are printing defects, we will replace your order. Reports of shipping or concealed damage must be made by email within 72 hours of receipt, and defects must be reported within 15 days, in order to qualify for a replacement. If the canvas print was damaged in shipping, include clear close-up photos of any damage to packaging and/or to the print as an email attachment so that we can know how to best handle the insurance claim.

WRAPPED CANVAS REPLICA PRINT RETURNS
Tell us by email why you are unhappy with your canvas print, and how you believe the problem could be solved. Your full satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the appearance or quality of your canvas print within 30 days of receiving it at your shipped to address, we offer two alternatives. if it appears that that a remake will correct the problem, we will remake the canvas print at your request. OR you may choose to receive a full refund of the price you paid for the canvas print. To authorize replacement of canvas prints, we usually require that you mail to us (postage prepaid by you) a piece of the canvas approx. 8 x 8 inches cut out from the problem area (or if not applicable cut from the central part of the canvas print), instead of return shipping the entire canvas at your expense. If the print has other defects or other visible problems, or was damaged in shipping, please include clear close-up photos of them and any damage to packaging, and send them as an email attachment so that we can know how to best handle any replacement and/or insurance claim.
PRINTED CANVAS FEATURES
PREMIUM REPLICA PRINTS ON WRAPPED CANVAS
The replica print copies of original paintings and photographs we sell are images printed with pigment based inks on premium art canvas using high resolution digital photographic images of the original painting or a high quality digital photograph. Most prints are available in a variety of sizes, depending upon the type and size of the painting or photograph. Once created, a canvas print is typically stretched over and around a kiln dried wood frame of about .75, 1.5, or 2 inches thick and stapled on the backside. The canvas prints we sell have high quality permanent colors that are U.V. treated and fade resistant. When kept away from strong light sources, they are expected to retain their colorfast intensity for at least fifty years.
CANVAS PRINT EDGE TREATMENT
Colored Edge— The edges of the replica paintings we currently sell are all printed in the same solid color. Choose either black, white, gray, or tan.
SURFACE FINISH
The three finishes we offer are: Matt (Non-reflective) which is usually most artists' choice for portraits; Semi-gloss (Standard), the most commonly used which tends to even out reflective light; and Gloss (Highly Reflective), which is strongly reflective, and will sometimes brighten and enliven canvas colors more than the other two. Besides controlling reflective light and enhancing appearance, the finish coating also helps to seal and protect the printed image on the canvas.
OVERALL FRAME DEPTH (THICKNESS)
The canvas prints we sell are in three different depths, depending upon the face sizes of the prints. As the prints increase in size, increasing the frame thickness assures the frame of having more ideal stability and strength to hold the stretched canvas securely in place. Our small to medium sized prints are offered in the standard .75 inch depth; mid-range sizes are usually offered in 1.5 inch depth, and very large sizes are sold in 2 inch depth framing. However, you may choose to customize any replica painting by selecting any one of these thicknesses. Just email us for any custom quote.
IMAGE QUALITY OF PRINTS
Canvas prints are copies. Expect your print to always be of slightly less quality than the original image. Not all brush strokes will be picked up by the photographic print of original paintings. Computer screen colors will also vary some from the actual colors of an original painting or photograph, so you should realize that the canvas print you order may appear somewhat different in color shades and intensity from the digital image used to print it. Original artwork or an original photograph will look slightly different from the photographic image which is produced online. Usually such differences in color and intensity are never significant enough to detract from the beauty of the artwork.
HANGING YOUR PAINTING
Original paintings or wrapped canvas prints should not be hung in areas where excessive humidity is generated such as in a bathroom or indoor swimming pool, as over time it will usually damage the canvas and the frame, and may even warp a frame that is not plastic or metal. Most of our wrapped canvas prints come with a metal saw-tooth bracket, ready to hang. Our original paintings come with a sawtooth bracket attached to the upper stretch bar, unless otherwise stated in the painting description. This method of hanging is usually preferred over wire hanging as the painting will usually hang more snugly against the wall. As wrapped canvas prints already have their own inside frame, they do not usually require an additional frame. However, they can also be mounted in frames that are designed with a rabbet (inset allowance in the frame) deep enough to accommodate most if not the entire thickness of their stretcher bars. Foam Core Board and other thin board original paintings are sometimes offered on our website as well. These are often sold mounted in a picture frame, but are also sold unframed. Original paintings as well as our canvas prints should not be hung where they will be exposed to any direct sunlight or strong reflective light. Original paintings as well as prints should be mounted inside homes or buildings and not outside where they are exposed to changing or extreme weather conditions.
CLEANING CANVAS PRINTS
Canvas Prints can be dusted lightly when necessary using a feather duster or soft cloth. If prints must be located in a place where dirty or dusty air is circulating around them, it is best to mount them inside a sealed glass covered case or frame with glass (or Plexiglas) to eliminate exposure to the polluted air. If dusting is insufficient for cleaning, a soft cloth dampened with clean or distilled water may be used to quickly wipe over the canvas print.
CHOOSING A CANVAS PRINT SIZE
Most canvas prints look their best when printed in size proportions that are close to the proportions of the original painting or photograph. Therefore, we suggest using sizes somewhat close to those listed in the size and pricing table displayed along with the artwork. If the original painting or photograph size proportions do not exactly match the standard canvas print sizes available for it, a border edge on either the height or width of the image will be cropped off in order for the artwork to fit the new standard dimensions. Such small border image loss is usually never noticed by the buyer. If we have reason to believe that even this small image loss should not be allowed, the canvas copies of the artwork will only be displayed as being available in exact proportion sizes.

ORIGINAL PAINTINGS SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Unless specifically stated along with the online price as an item identified as a “special”, “closeout” or being sold with “as is” pricing, all original paintings are sold with a 15 day satisfaction or return for refund guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the appearance or quality of the original painting you purchased, when covered by this guarantee you may return the painting in new undamaged condition, protected in the same shipped packaging with return shipping postpaid and fully insured by you. We will then refund the dollar amount you paid for the painting less a fee to cover our packaging, insurance, and shipping costs. Your painting return for refund must be postmarked within 15 days of receiving the painting. For original unframed paintings that sold at a price of up to $550, the refund amount you receive will be the price you paid for the original painting less $30 (sales shipped outside of the USA less $60). For original paintings that sold at a price between $551 to $1,000, the refund amount will be the price you paid for the original painting less $40 (sales shipped outside of the USA less $75). For original paintings that sold at a price higher than $1,000 the refund amount will be the price you paid for the original painting less $75 (sales shipped outside of the USA less $120). For framed paintings, (applies only to 16 x 20 unframed painting sizes or larger) add $12 to the applicable unframed painting deduction amount. This refund deduction is necessary to help cover original packaging, shipping, and insurance costs on the paintings which costs have been previously included in their pricing.
